Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

By placing an order through our website Ju Ju Jam, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

  • 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
We have 7-days free return policy in India, which means you have 7 days including the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We provide only one free return/exchange per order. Any subsequent request for same order will be chargeable.

For International Order, items can be returned up to 7 days (return charges will be applicable). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can login to your account here and start the self return process or contact us at info@jujujam.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return ID as well as instructions on how to proceed with the returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/missing item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of missing/damaged items, unboxing video is a must.

If the order package received is tampered, opened, or show signs of cut, then contact us before opening the parcel.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@jujujam.in or give us a call.

  • RESTOCKING & OTHER FEES
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. COD Fees are non-refundable.

  • REFUNDS
We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

  • STEPS FOR REFUND 
1. Visit our Return/Exchange Request Portal:
  • In the Order Number field, enter your alpha-numeric Order Number beginning with "J" (Example: J1001J)
  • In the Email or Mobile Phone field, enter your email address or phone number using which the order was earlier placed, and then click Continue.
2. Select all the items you want to return or exchange (We provide only one free return or exchange per order. Select all return/exchange items together or any subsequent return request will be chargeable)
4. Select a return/exchange reason and add a note for the store.
5. In case of exchange, select the items you want in exchange.
6. Select the refund method. 
5. Click request return/exchange.

 

If your return/exchange request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
